this poultry farm is farm that located in Hubei Province of China which has more than 15 years history and their eggs are very famous in local market.The capacity for this farm would reach 500,000 birds of commercial layers.they purchased our H Frame System for 44,000 birds of Layer Chickens in one house as trail order from August,2014,now all the equipment working well in this farm.

They use the feed silo(15.4 Tons) and deliver the feed inside of the silo by the feed truck every two days,it keeps the chicken feed fresh.and feeding trolley with feed average equipment to give feed with same level into the feed troughs.

4. 450sq.com per birds space

the cage dimension is 840*1250*650mm(front side height),and you can put 11 birds,and each bird can take(84*62.5)/11=477sq.cm.this is bigger than the normal H frame cage which just can give 450 sq.cm. per birds with less space because of more section mesh design from china local suppliers.

5. Automatic egg collection and vonveyor system directly transfer all egg to stock room

The automatic egg collection machines total 5 sets in front of the each row which use lifting can collect the eggs tier by tier,and then working together with Egg Conveyor System directly to the chicken house.

6. Automatic drinking line

The automatic drinking system including the square pipes with screw nipples,water pressure regulators,DOSATRON dosers,filters.

7. made in Italy belts for manure removal system to collect chicken waste

the manure removal systems using Italy PP belts and all automatic control,the manure conveyor can deliver all manure to the manure collection truck and send directly outside of the chicken farm.
