Layer battery cage is with "A" frame, also named A type semi-automatic layer battery cage.

Components And Working Principle Of Layer Battery Cage
1. Cage mesh and frame
Stronger galvanized material
- Components: Bottom mesh Φ2.3–2.7mm, side/partition mesh Φ2.0–2.5mm, main frame Φ4.0mm, galvanized channel/angle steel columns, reinforcing rods, anti-corrosion coating.- Working principle: Stable structure; bottom mesh sloped 5°–7° for eggs to roll naturally into the egg trough.
Water line
- Components: PVC main and branch pipes, stainless steel nipple drinkers, anti-drip devices, water pressure regulator, end cleaning valve, optional water tank or filtration system.
- Working principle: Water is evenly supplied; chickens peck to drink, ensuring clean and efficient water access.
Wroker adds food
- Components: Galvanized iron or PVC long feeding trough, hooks, baffles, semi-automatic feeding cart (optional), feeding channels, anti-waste plate (optional).- Working principle: Feed is evenly distributed; chickens feed freely, reducing waste.
Workers pick up eggs
- Components: Egg trough, edge guards/cushion pads, collection channels/carts, optional small semi-automatic conveyor.- Working principle: Eggs roll along the slope into the trough; collected manually along the passage.
Type 1 belt cleaning to outside
Type 2 scraper cleaning to outside
- Components: Manure gutter/belt, scraper/scraper machine, motor + chain/wire rope, manure transfer cart, timer controller.- Working principle: Manure is collected and removed regularly, keeping the house clean.
6. Environmental control and auxiliary accessories (selective assembly)
Pads, fans and fresh windows
- Components: Fans, cooling pads, automatic curtains, led lighting, temperature and humidity sensors, automatic ventilation control system, anti-escape barrier, rodent-proof net, installation connectors.
- Working principle: Automatically adjusts temperature, humidity, and air quality in the house according to the chickens’ age.
7. Poultry house management (selective assembly)
